Taungthutada, TTTD - Farmers' Bridge (တောင်သူ့တံတား) was started in September 2019 with the primary aim of improving farmers' access to information throughout Southern Shan State. As co-founding members primarily hail from farming communities, they aspired to the belief that 'Those who feed us, need us.' They utilized their knowledge gained from school and their professionals to kick-start a Facebook page that directly engaged farmers, conducted research, and created agricultural content in a language easily understood by the farming community in Shan State.Supported by the collaborative efforts of farmers, women, youth, and various organizations, TTTD developed and evolved as a highly functional operational team, supporting and implementing project initiatives towards the sustainable development of organizations since early 2021.

 In early 2024, the team was affected by the armed conflict that occurred at our first office-based location, prompting us to either relocate or cease operations. However, the team's determination and strong resilience enabled TTTD to regroup, replan, and resume providing services for farmers in different locations. Throughout the journey, the team have been grown into a diverse ethnic and backgrounds of young people embraced together for adaptation, pivoting strategies to meet evolving needs of farmers in Myanmar.
